Guidelines for Supervised Study
After-School Study Application Form
Dear Parents,
A new term of After-School Study for day pupils will commence on Monday, 9th January and will last for the remainder of the year. All study sessions will be located in Cab 8. Pupils may choose individual days to study. There are three study sessions each day: Option 1 (afternoon) 4.15 pm – 5.45 pm, Option 2 (evening) 6.30 pm – 7.45 pm and Option 3 (night) 8.15 pm – 9.30pm. The price per option for one day a week is €54 for 18 weeks until Summer, €108 for two days, €162 for three days, and so on. First and Second Year students may only enrol in Option 1.
Weekend study is divided into four sessions: Option 4 (Saturday morning) 9.30 am – 12.30 pm, Option 5 (Saturday afternoon) 1.30 pm – 4.30 pm, Option 6 (Sunday morning) 9.30 am – 12.30 pm and Option 7 (Sunday afternoon) 1.30 pm – 4.30 pm. The price for each weekend option is €105 until Summer.
Students may also avail of the Supper / Lunch options in the school. Supper is at 5.45 pm each day in the school canteen and costs €80 per chosen day until Summer (except Mondays, which is €72 due to two bank holidays). Lunch is available at weekends only at 12.30 pm and costs €68 per chosen day until Summer.
If you would like to join after-school study, please complete the application form and return with the appropriate fee to Ms Diffley by Monday, 9th January.
