Drama Club

“Education is concerned with individuals; drama is concerned with the individuality of the individual, with the uniqueness of each human essence.”

Brian Way (Playwright and lecturer)
club2The Drama Cub is open to all budding actors and performers in first and second year and meet after school once a week for an hour and a half. The Drama Club focuses on the areas of creative drama such as: Theatre games, improvisation, mime, movement and script work. The emphasis is on building confidence, co-operation ad on developing technique. Each year, the Drama Club put on a lunchtime play during our Festival of Poetry and Drama, in which all members of the group will perform. It is a great way to get to know each other in first year and to forge links across first and second year.
